Usage Note
In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type
IEnumerableTSource. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. For more information, see

Remarks
This operator uses deferred execution and streams its results.
Examples int[] numbers = { 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 };
var result = numbers.TakeEvery(2);
The
result variable, when iterated over, will yield 1, 3 and 5, in turn.
