Splits the source sequence by a separator and then transforms the splits into results.

Parameters

source
Type: System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerable<TSource>
The source sequence.
separator
Type: TSource
Separator element.
comparer
Type: System.Collections.Generic.IEqualityComparer<TSource>
Comparer used to determine separator element equality.

Type Parameters

TSource
Type of element in the source sequence.

Return Value

Type: IEnumerable<IEnumerable<TSource>>
A sequence of splits of elements.

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type IEnumerable<TSource>. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter.
