ToDictionaryExtensionToDictionaryTKey, TValue(IEnumerableValueTupleTKey, TValue, IEqualityComparerTKey) Method
Creates a
DictionaryTKey, TValue from a sequence of
tuples of 2 where the first item is the key and the second the
value. An additional parameter specifies a comparer for keys.
