Returns the only element of a sequence, and throws an exception if there is not exactly one element in the sequence.

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type IExtremaEnumerable<T>. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. Exceptions

InvalidOperationException The input sequence contains more than one element.
